The NHS annual staff survey shows an alarming trend. Only 70 per cent of participants claimed to feel secure about raising concerns on patients safety and 24 per cent said they experienced bullying or harassment in the workplace.

The NHS survey also registered a drop in the number of participants who would recommend their workplace to friends and relatives (65 to 64 per cent) and in the overall satisfaction in terms of pay (38 to 33 per cent) and staffing (31 to 29 per cent).
