Course objectives

You will leave with an improved understanding of both self-care and caring for others

  • Learn to practice mindful compassion meditations

  • Understand the theory, science and practice of mindfulness

  • Develop the skills required to develop a mindfulness practice at home and at work

Please note This course is no longer residential and will run from approximately 9am-5pm over two days
