The information you need to understand why EDI is important to Macmillan and more importantly the part you play in this.

To support everyone with cancer, we want people from all walks of life to feel that Macmillan understands them and is there to help them. There is already work happening to improve how inclusive we are which you can read about in this story, but there's still more to do.

In early 2019 we asked everyone at Macmillan to take part in the Inclusion Survey and over 970 of you did. We've used the results and your comments, as well as other insight from across the organisation such as conversations on Yammer and feedback from Our Voice, to start building an understanding of what inclusion means for the people working here. Looking at where we are now and where we need to be, we've developed an Employee Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan.‚Äč

As part of that employee plan, we want to provide with you with the information you need to understand why Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is important to Macmillan and most importantly - the part you have to play in this.
