There is a growing body of evidence which shows that there are a number of practical steps people can take to improve their sense of wellbeing. This course has been designed to help you take those first steps. Helping Myself Take Control is a short, un facilitated course that you can complete in your own time and work through at your own pace. The course focuses on a number of topics such as physical activity, good communication and moving forward and provides you with some simple tips such as goal setting to assist you to improve your sense of well being and rebuild your confidence.
