Macmillan wants to understand more about the relationship between patient experience and staff engagement. This will inform our work with government, with the NHS and will improve services and support staff to deliver the best care. We are working with PEBL Feedback CIC on a blogging project where patients and staff can tell their stories anonymously and generate discussion.
