Produced by the Improvement Team (Information and Support), the MQuISS® Evidence Guide will help CISS to gather together requirements from across the standards. This is to help services identify their core documents, policies and records they might need to develop in order to evidence the quality of their service.

The guide can help services spot any elements they might have missed, clarify the key ingredients of different documents, give them ideas for possible evidence and hopefully reassure them they are on the right track.
