Course objectives

Learn how you can adapt your language to build and develop rapports quickly, ensure information is received effectively and to influence and drive change.

  • Develop rapport-building skills to improve your communications.

  • Explore different communication needs based on timelines, preferred language, personality, values and individual metaprogrammes.

Any Macmillan professional wishing to develop their communication skills (course maps to NHS KSF Core Dimensions level 3).
