Macmillan professionals working with cancer patients and/or patients with palliative care needs of any diagnosis.

Acknowledgements

Kathryn Mannix, who developed the UK's first palliative care dedicated CBT service and developed training to enable palliative care staff to add simple CBT skills to their toolbox, leads a UK-wide group of trainers who are all skilled practitioners in CBT and palliative care.
